Looking for sales and marketing expert for JV 50/50 split

I am a highly qualified soccer coach who has worked with some very big name teams. Many times i am asked by friends who are coaching a kids team if i can help them create a fun practice session. I was looking online to see if anyone offered good coaching services to other coaches and everything i saw was terrible. I saw one soccer product on clickbank that looked like a joke it was so bad.

What i want to do is start a service where for an initial fee($49)+ monthly subscription fee($9.99), i will offer soccer coaches:

*2 Weekly personalized practice sessions to use with their team.
*Half and full season review consultation, discussing teams targets and goals.
*24/7 email support with guaranteed quick response times.
*monthly live chat seminar Q&A discussing a different topic each month, example month 1, attacking in the final third, Creating situations of superiority in attack, etc etc etc
I will be not only provide them with training sessions but i will also be available for personal support, guidance and motivation.

My target audience will be the 10,000s of youth soccer coaches, most of which are parents who know nothing about soccer. I will do all the work of creating sessions for them. What i am offering them will be a very generous package.

What i need is someone who is an expert in sales and marketing to create a good sales pitch/llanding page and find the customers. Once you do that your job is done, i provide all the content to the customers. I will be offering a 50/50 split.
