I'm looking for someone who can post links all over Facebook and other social media, or high traffic areas to generate targeted buyer/seller traffic to a real estate site.

Anyone competent in such activities, please reach out to me ASAP.

All depends on what the person is capable of. I can potentially get multiple realtors involved if the person shows a serious benefit to our incoming leads and get others to join and increase the pay.

I could do this one of two ways.
Straight monthly rate to perform all of the tasks to generate as many leads as possible, or a 20% commission on closed deals from your generated leads.
Typical conversion rate is 11% of incoming targeted traffic that turns into an actionable lead. After that, approx 5% end up being closed deals inside of 6 months.

I can generate my own leads through google for approx $7-$9 per lead which we are already doing. I wanting to find someone capable of generating an additional 300 leads per month through facebook posts and other online based mediums.

Our site tracks everything, and has a hashtag system we can use to track which leads came from where etc.

Didn't you just get a thread deleted where you were asking for people to trash a real estate broker's reputation?

Is this thread related to that one?

No, I Started a thread, change my mind about it and deleted my comments and thus, I assume it was deleted as per good moderation as the thread no longer served a purpose.

This thread is simply my searching for someone with experience in using social media to generate targeted traffic for real estate focused sites in a specific market.

That's not what happened - this is:

You started a thread and made up a story about someone ripping your wife off.
You said he was a real estate broker
You wanted to know how to damage his reputation and finances.
    The Mods deleted the thread.

And now here you are with a thread asking for someone to help boost your own real estate site.

People like you make me sick

First of all, I didn't make up any story.
I didn't go into specific detail on these forums for obvious reasons.

My wife brought in business on her own to this broker and everytime he got on the phone with either her client or another agent, he would scream at them and threaten everybody and pressure them to do things they didnt want to do and then get mad about it. He's a slum lord and used to own a check cashing shop and treats everyone like trash. My wife finally decided to move on, but she didnt want to lose the commission on this one deal because she had spend two months driving them around showing properties to them, but she couldnt handle it anymore. He swore up and down that she could go and since the deal so far along already that he would pay her her full commission on it as long as she kept things in good graces with the buyer. Well, not only did he burn the bridge with that buyer in the meantime and then threaten the agent on the other side of the deal, the buyer ended up doing a deal directly with the builder instead of going through this slum lord because they wanted to cut him out but still pay my wife for all of her work. So, they arranged a full commission referral fee. However, they had to send this referral fee to him because they can't be sent directly to an agent. He promised he would pay her as he had for a month. Well, when she showed up to pick up her check he tried handing her a check for $300 and said it was for gas. It was supposed to be $5,500 in commission she busted her ass for. She ripped the check up and yelled at him and left.

He flat out ripped her off and did absolutely nothing for the deal. She kept it together for HIM because he promised not to screw her and he did anyway.

You can think I'm making it up, but we are very honest people. It's been a year since this happened and it still boils my blood that he got away with it. But, in talking to some people about my potential revenge, I decided against it knowing that guys like this create their own hell and I don't need to push the inevitable forward any faster while hurting my own karma and deleted my comments in that thread and never went back to it. I didn't know it was deleted until you said something.

In any case, you can continue hijacking my thread with your assumptions or go about your own business.

    Thanks.

If you're in real estate and you wife is such a good sales agent, why was she working for a competitor and not for you?

    Seems very strange to me

Real Estate - it has to be in writing; your wife should have had it in writing.

That is rule #1 in that business. It sucks that she got hosed but nothing in writing means nothing happened in the RE industry.

Your post to screw the guy here though is out of line as to how this site operates and how the majority of us feel. We believe in out {flanking|working|thinking|hustling} but we do not believe in screwing a guy just to get even.

We get {even|revenge} by out doing.

You are going to take some heat for that post as you did put it up... that is how life is and how things are here.

This thread is not being hijacked with assumptions, you screwed up, Dude.

Now you know how that aspect of the site operates, Go take on the day.

"or a 20% commission on closed deals from your generated leads."

You are also offering commission to an unlicensed person in this thread. That is ILLEGAL.
