why are you NOT able to use just ONE person to do the sign ups for you and pay him ALL the money ?? Do you actually need MANY "different people" to do this and you pay $1 to each person ??

Couldn't you just send one person all the information to enter, and they use a proxy to enter all the information for each different site. It's not really worth someone's time to sit here, deal with receiving the information, enter all the information, and then wait for the $1 payment.

I just need it them to sign from different IPs and dont wanna use proxies, and no, no credit card is needed.
