As most of you know, I'm not new to eBay. As few of you know, I ship my products out of China using absolutely no middlemen. For the past 6 months, I have built relationships with about 40 suppliers that want me to sell their items beyond China. This means, I will be placing large orders so that I can get enough of a discount to allow me to pass savings down to potential team workers, and to the customers. ...Wait, why not just keep creating more eBay accounts and keep the money myself? First of all, each niche I venture into, I have to set up a legitimate business entity in the U.S. as an LLC, which is covered by my Corporation. This requires money. I also have to increase paid effort into marketing, testing how something sells to its target demographic (Free shipping vs Paid Shipping?) Then I usually have to increase the number of employees I have to cover customer service, complaints, and to send the item out. I am doing this method to determine how much money I will be saving by lack of increased overhead, and to gauge my transition from retail to wholesale. Requirements: Must reside in The U.S., Canada, Germany, Australia, and U.K. if you live somewhere else, get a hold of me, at the very least I could look into it. Don't ask if you live in Italy, Nigeria, or India. No offense to anyone who does. Must be 18. Priority is determined based on eBay Feedback, but understand that you can sell beyond eBay. Must have the time to dedicate to selling, and your customers. Must be able to communicate through a messenger service and over a voice chat or phone. I'm going to place a small amount of judgement based on your posts here. If I see that every post is talking crap to another member of this forum, I am going to assume you aren't likely to offer good customer service. Once a week I am going to hold a little online conference by either chat or voice chat where we can go over strategy, weekly sales, and ask and answer each other questions. This will likely be on Tuesday PST. I don't want to do much with someone who doesn't have the time to collaborate. More information: This is selling LEGITIMATE PRODUCTS. Period. I'll give my list of niches after we have talked. Some of these items do not sell on a daily basis. The profit margin is not large enough to tickle anyones fantasies of making millions and living on an island. Not all niches are the same. Some are geared more towards high volume and low profit, and some are geared more towards low volume and alright profit. Most of these items are non-competitive, and even I will not compete with you. Not only will I make profit per sale you receive, which will be smaller than your commission, I hope to gather data on how things in your niche sell and will offer assistance in helping you determine how to sell something better. I have your best interests, not the suppliers best interest, I'm not going to offer a product to you to sell that I know will not sell for anything and will be a waste of a listing fee. I am not positive how many people I am looking for, but it will be less than 10. I only want to start with a few so that I know for sure that I can manage properly.
