Why not sign up for your own Peerfly? They're quite easy to sign up and accept new affiliates...

I need CPA account from both the network because I am not from US. so my account was not getting approved

i have approved with both and I'm from third world country ! so who told you they accept affiliates from US only ?!

If you wish to keep your accounts never let anyone else send traffic
to them.
The usual reason for someone wanting an account is because they have
been previously banned. Or else they would have no idea whether their
method would produce any results at all.

yes JV like this against CPA networks TOS .... you risk your account .
