I'm looking for video posters to publish videos at my adult tube website. It has around 4000 pageviews per day and traffic is mostly from USA, UK and GER (tier 1 countries).
You can earn around US$80,00 per month posting 3 videos per day or more.

I wonder why all those skills are required to upload videos on your site.
If there is rpetitive work for thumbnails etc etc, you should consider hiring someone to develop a bot for that.

Just embed on the site, no upload to my website host.
The way you will generate revenue is using videos with advertising. For example, services like VideoWood, Streamin.to, Flashx.tv and so on...
If just create an account (no refferal links), upload the videos (you can do that via remote upload, which is easier and faster), and create a new post. All the revenue gerenated from you embed video will be yours, I'm not taking a part of it. The payments will be made from the video hosting service that you choose. You can use 3 different video host in the same page to increase your revenue.

You're right and I'm planning to create a crop system, but I find important to have people with minimum knowledge on these tools working with me.
