Well, I started a social networking website, it's got 128 members, with 100,000 pageviews since it's been up. (since dec.) It's all set up and ready for members/traffic. The partner needs to be trustworthy because he will have access to the stuff. All I need the partner to do is drive traffic hopefully they can register etc.
No money will be necessary as I have the server and what not. The partner must bring traffic as that's your only task. (You can have more tasks if you'd like.)
