Looking for online casino affiliate that i can promote online&offline

Hello,

I am looking to try an online casino affiliate program, or two, tha tI can promote online (blog, twitter, etc) and also promote offline - maybe putting flyers or bus cards on car windshields at local casinos.

I am in Canada, so no worried about online gambling laws here.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy (they will actually pay) online casino affiliate program that i can promote online and offline?

also, I assume to promote OFFLINE i would either have to have a casino site that the new referred players can sign up with a referral code that is linked to my affiliate account at the site. Or I woul dhave to put the long weblink on the flyer or bus card for my actual referral URL....which prob wouldnt be as user friendly for the new referred player to enter when trying to sign up
