Looking For Monetization expert for JV

Hello, I am working on an authority site, so far i have 30 handwritten articles all between 550 and 2,000 words, and I add 3 more every day until i get 50 articles, then i add 2 a day.. I have recently discovered I am breaking the adsense TOS and so i need to find other monetization techniques.. I think i want to stay away from 3rd party advertisers and find more profitable methods now..

and thats where YOU come in.. because i have little experience with this, i am looking for someone who will help me analyse my site, figure out which types of monetization techniques will work best , if its CPA , help me find the best offers, and help me with placement of the offers/ads/whatever..

In return I will share the revenue earned from my whole site for a fixed percentage and duration, that can be discussed privately..
