BlogSolution can build thousands of blogs a day.

Hell, it can build thousands of blogs an HOUR if you really want to go berserk.

Take a look at YACG. It is free and whilst there is a learning curve (eg learn a little php) it is well worth it. They have just released a mass installer which is pretty inexpensive and the forums are great.

With a bit of effort you can put together your own mass installer if you want to and that way you are in control of everything that it can do.

Wordpress Mass Installer (now called Blog Matrix Pro) can build a bunch of blogs at once, based on keywords.
