i am looking for mailing proxys. I am using send-safe, not web-mailing
i am mailing about 100k per day, please make me an offer

Mailing proxies are generaly smtp. I doubt anyone does them her.

I've various but sorry I don't endorse spammers. If there would be 100% guarantee that you don't abuse those proxies for ponzi schemes etc. I could help you out but as you've said , 100k a day is nothing but total abuse.

Proxylist.co has SMTP Socks filter as part of SOCKS packages. However, I always encouraged them to go legit, instead of trying to spam the hell out of us.

Why don't you say it honestly, you're providing botnet proxies. 40k daily? For real? Do you expect him to pay you $5,000/mo ?

I found it quite odd when you say 'cheap data center ips'. A majority of residental ISP's are blocking outgoing SMTP port for obvious reasons, not all though.

What comes to datacenter proxies, usually SMTP is open. I would not call data center proxies 'cheap', expecially the ones that are not listed in google because those proxies beat to 10-1 in terms of speed and reliability any botnet provider virus proxies.
