looking for hosting that is reasonably priced, supports magento, and wont nickel and dime me for for technical support issues.

i am trying siteground out now but i think i made a mistake they seem to charge you for everything. They lie to get you to sign up then when you sign up they say ohh this is not included when they made it seem like it was. i hate that ish!!

they originally told me that my partial dedicated plan included automatic daily site backups and that i can configure it within the cpanel, now i get to the cpanel i find out that it is a script that i have to purchase to get the daily back ups. They also wont transfer my site for free bcause they say its too large, but failed to mention this during my very long presale converstaion with them over the live chat. i was also told that they would help me with my googlebase issue when i switched (long story that involves me and my previous host screwing things up), now they are telling me that i have to pay 50 dollars just to get a quote on how long it will take to resolve my issues, calling it a custom issue.

i did not wate about 2 hours of time with them on live chat last night for fun. I did it so i would not choose the wrong host. I am now having second thoughts. properhost is who i am with now, they are ok but my complaints with properhost is that they exclusivly take paypal as payment, and any kind of support at all takes several hours (3-7) before i get a single response, and sometimes i don't.

most of the hosts listed on web hosting talk seem to have decent support.
