Tittle speak , I'm looking to buy a Imac 27' with 4 gb ram
500-1000 gb hard driver
i5 or i7
about 3 ghz +

just if anyone have a great offert pm me !

And i need to know what was that offer for students ? can i get it cheaper with it from apple.com? or does it work only for usa ?

I may be wrong but I do believe that if you have an Apple account and put an item in your cart, and go all the way to purchasing but do not follow through with it, that you will get a call from Apple about a week later offering a discounted price.

I know that they do call some people that do not fully checkout. However, the discounts are sparse and you do have to convinced them that you want to purchase but the price was too high.
However, I haven't heard anything on this for a while. You do have to be aware of how many people do hit their site, and go through these checkout/creation pages of theirs with no intention of purchasing....I would imagine thousands per week.
Your best bet would be Craigslist or Ebay.

I have one...but sorry, I love mine

Thnx guys ! i had one offert for imac with 2gb ram and 300 hdd and Intel Core 2 Duo

for about 450-500$ but it still doesn't work for me..

P.S: any imaginare how much can be the discount when they call you ?

Wait.....$450-$500 for a 27" iMac and you want cheaper? Not going to happen my friend...that's as cheap as they come.

it was 21.5 and it was old style with 2gb ram and so ..
