I've never had any problems with google+ in fact, you might get some followers removed, but I havent noticed any change different from someone supplying likes, you always end up losing some ammount of likes, but you wont get your account removed. In my opinion just search up seoclerks and you will do fine there.

I have never bought followers, you can get them for free using social exchange networks. Anyways, if you are looking for Google Circles, you will find lots of services in the BHW marketplace. Another places where you can get them are Fiverr and other micro job sites.
