Hi, I am looking for full time VAs who can create clean mobile/4g proxies.

Which I can buy, but if you already have the tools required that's even better.

Yes. that guide is good, but the maintenance and the devices required are quite costly. You'll be better going to marketplace and find a good source for 4g proxies

You need a VA to buy hardware for you in his country, create mobile proxies ?
