Looking for cheap yet clean residential proxy providers

I'm looking for rotating residential proxies with clean IPs, that priced around $2.5/GB or less
currently using webshare, but it's priced around $3.5 per GB
Note that my pricing requirement is for starter plans as I dont want to invest more money JUST to get cheaper rates.
I wanted to have flexibility to be able to purchase as low as 1GB for the SAME price (flat rates possible)
I wanted to have flexibility around payments (not just crypto payments, but also have different options like paypal/card payments)
Must be reliable --> Not something very prone to downtime and with bad support
must be clean --> Atleast 95% clean IPs
more preference for pay as you go options rather than $30-$50 per month like commitments.

MAte, cheap and good, chose 1.

Rather than asking for a provider, which all have vastly contamionated pools, you should know how to check proxy quality without trusting marketing speech.

95%+ clean is delusional, it just does not happen, rotating residential proxies are used for scraping and have fast rotation time, they ALL get flagged fast
