Looking for best proxy providers? Any recommendations?

my boss told me to use proxies to help promote our site and services. i am new to proxies and do not have much ideas about it. can someone tell me things to consider when choosing proxies? help me decide on where to purchase?

we will use proxies to post comments in YouTube! thanks! :o

what are the qualities of a good proxy? i am a noob and please bare with me... will appreciate your response..
 
I use proxy51. Get like 100 shared proxies for $35/month. Not a bad deal imo.
 
Please make sure you are using a high anonymous proxy. Just because you are using a proxy does not mean they won't see your IP...
Use whatismyip.com for instance to check your ip.

Also: virtualbox could be worth looking into if you are spamming Youtube. :P

I can't recommend a good proxy provider though. Sorry.
