I am looking for a JV partner for a new project that I intend to start as soon as possible. As many of you know, I am observing domestic internet markets as there are always new ideas you can implement onto the international market.
I have recently found an excellent new idea which has been working for the past 12 months on a domestic market and it is selling like hot cakes. I was able to contact the creator of that script/service and I was allowed to buy a copy of that script for a decent amount of money. I then started hiring another company to help me with modifying the script so it can be used on the international market.
Currently, there is not a single service like this one in the English market, which is a great bonus.
I am also modifying the script with some marketing twists, which makes it even more productive than it already is. I am going to change the service from a paid service into a free one which will just skyrocket the numbers of users who will use it. We will gain money through incentive email submits and surveys, which according to my calculations will be thousands a day.
I am not going to dwell on this description too much but I am going to simply highlight some key points so you are aware of what we are talking about. People are reading on BHW very carefully and can
destroy a great business very quickly which I had to experience myself a year ago when I just forgot to edit an extremely small part of a website and for the next 7 days it popped 3 WSO's on WF selling that service as the new hit for peanuts.
My requirements to my future JV partner are that, first of all, he should have an excellent command of the English language as my English skills are intermediate. Moreover, he should have good knowledge of
CPA companies, especially regarding incentive offers. Finally, he should have/build good contact with the AM's so we will not get banned when sending volume (when hiding the source for protection) as this costs a lot of time which I just do not have anymore.
My main goal is to push this service in the first 3 months to reach the highest possible profit as there are no other services like this one on the market and to flip it. I want be quick on doing this as I am sure that as soon as our service becomes popular, there will be other services like ours that will be coming forward and become our competition, therefore fast promotion is very important to flip it as unique service with high profits which wasnt sold before on flippa. This is the reason why I intend to hire 10 full-time VA workers to help us doing the job properly and on time.
I also need somebody who is smart at covering up, as it is possible that we might going to break a few TOS (nothing criminal, of course) and I want to make sure we are covered from complaints, especially taking USA laws into account. I did some research and I found out that services that were using our same script did not receive any complaints in the last 12 months. However, I want my JV partner to be completely sure and safe.
To conclude, I require 50% of the initial investment for the script, in order to modify it and buy hardware which costs $7000 ($3500 each) . I will only accept full payment. Email submission offers will be split 50/50 between us so everyone is independent on payments. The script/software won?t be shared, sold or replicated as I keep control of that. The most reason why I need a JV investor is not for the 50% payment as I could pay for it myself, but to get the better incentive offers and to have a good relationship with the AM's so we do not need to worry about payments which will be used as proof when flipping it.
Leads will be 100% legit.
