Looking for an alternative to PayPal?

I happened to click on a text ad in my gmail, and i found this site, which could be a new paypal alternative:

the best thing that you can accept paypal payments with them as well

Does anybody know anything from this site? It's kinda new as i see (2010), do you think is this legit?

Never heard of it...would be interested to know if anyone has used this as well...

i like epassporte - support kinda sucks, but the fees are reasonable

i used xoom.com to withdraw my paypal balance. Its costly but i got my cash within 24 hours whereas paypal take 4-5 days when working perfectly.

I heard there is an option to withdraw money from Paypal account to Xoom and then to the Bank... Did anyone try it? How effective is it ... A google search gave me poll results stating 49% went thru with discount code ... and 20 without discount code .. while 20% were not able to do it.
