I am looking to start an e-commerce business, something I have never done before for myself but did that, professionally, for others.
I have a product that I want to sell. I found a factory in China that can make it for me and (today) I received a few samples that worked great and passed all the tests. I am planning to order more to sell, however, I am not familiar with selling on online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.
These are the areas where I need advice:
1. What is the best/cheapest way to register a corporation online?
1.1 Which state should I register in?
2. Should I sell on both Amazon and Walmart, or focus on Amazon only, or focus on an e-commerce site only?2.1 What are the fees and requirements for selling on Amazon?
3. Is Walmart a good place to sell online?
4. Any underwater stones I should be looking for?
