I already have a few sites up and working, but due to the lack of time (and wanting to ease the work load) for this new site I want someone to manage my site. Initially I need someone to create and install plugins very quickly so I need someone who knows what they're doing. After this I will need the person to handle the pics etc every now and then, until it grows bigger (which with the niche I'm hoping will definitely explode with the right attention from myself). I will handle the seo etc. So I'm offering 30%, work will be delegated as and when needed from myself. Payments methods will be discussed with the right person in order to ensure protection for you.
