It will be very difficult to find.

Because the average blog will be loading 5 seconds.

Depending on the type of server you use.

Even my site 9 seconds to load theme.

Service standard theme allows you to load more quickly, because it has no complicated coding themes.

9 seconds? You should consider changing or optimizing your theme. And it's not difficult at all to get a blog to load under 5 seconds.

Find a good theme, eliminate unnecessary things such as images, plugins etc.
There are plugins that reduce the size of your images while retaining the quality.
Plenty of plugins to help you speed up your site.

TBH unless you have a really shitty shared hosting, your site should be faster than 9 seconds. Defo either change hosting or so. Loading speed impacts a lot more than just SEO. Visitors don't typically wait for 9 seconds, your bounce rate is pretty high I'm presuming?

I like simple themes like what Quicksprout.com/blog has. Plenty of them out there that look great with simple modification. Google is your best friend. Then use pingdom to test the speed (note usually previews have a ton of features enabled by default so that'll increase the loading speed a lot. Keep that in mind).

Plus it also depends on your requirements.... sidebars, this that.

I am using wpzoom themes and they have been great, so far. I think all their themes are already responsive. But their themes are payed. My site loads in 2 seconds or less with a lot of images but they are all optimized and i don't have shared hosting, it is a vps. I use w3 total cache and cloudflare.

Among free theme from MTS you can try Point theme. But among the paid ones, I suggest Schema. I have been using it for my blog and it's really good. And w3 total cache plugin is great for optimizing your site's performance.

Socially viral is the fastest blog theme.
It comes with a Responsive design.
It was built to offer a great navigation experience to increase traffic and to reduce the loading time.
If you want to focus on your content and on the search engine rankings, then socially viral will satisfy your needs.
    It comes under paid.
    Otherwise try Soledad.
