Looking for a webdesigner with photoshop knowledege

Hello there. I'm currently a front end developer working at a webdesign agency and I want to increase my revenues . I'm looking for someone who have photoshop knowledge and is capable to design me some layouts and I will code your layouts and sell them on themeforest. All the money will be split in 2 . I'm not in mood to be scammed ( although I have been scammed a lot ) .

Do you plan on coding html themes, wordpress themes or something else?
