Looking for a way to make money and get paid today

hi

I am new to internet marketing on this forum and am needing information to help me get myself out of a small bind.

Is there any tasks, sites, micro jobs etc that I could do today and receive payment for the same day. Not looking to make a lot but just a little bit to get started again.
