Looking for a VCC That Works with Bing Ads

Has anyone recently successfully used a Virtual Credit Card with Bing Ads? Their payment system is notoriously strict, with most VCCs being instantly declined.

Their payment system automatically declines most VCCs for: Prepaid/gift card BIN detection, Missing AVS verification, No recurring payment support, Currency/region mismatches.

What I'm looking for:
  1. Bank-issued debit/credit VCC (not prepaid/gift cards)
  2. Supports AVS matching and recurring billing
  3. BIN that doesn't trigger prepaid flags
  4. Preferably USD/EUR-based if running international campaigns.

This has been a persistent challenge - any genuine help would be massively appreciated!

Bing Ads is strict with VCCs and declines prepaid card types, success is possible by using VCCs with real bank BINs
 
what about cards providers? which companies you tried already? I have on my mind companies around affiliate marketing what providing cards for advertising
 
Had success with virtual cards from Neon (Brazil) and Wise Business — both passed Bing’s checks once AVS was added properly.
 
Use bank-issued VCCs like Revolut or privacy.com with AVS and recurring billing support. Prepaid or gift cards get declined instantly on Bing.
 
Best bet is a bank-issued Revolut/WISE VCC tied to a real account, Bing hates prepaid bins.
 
Use a bank-issued VCC with AVS support and recurring billing in USD/EUR to avoid Bing declines.
