Looking for a US business partner.

I joined this platform in 2014, my first project back then was related2gaming.com, I used to create video gaming content, I made a small team of a designer and voice actor, I grew my Facebook page to 35k followers, driving traffic to my WordPress blog and I was amazed to see bigger pages with hundreds of thousands sharing my content.

I got back to college at 2016 to pursue computer science, 2019 got my bachelors, 2021 I got my engineering degree, since then I've been working as a product engineer II, being responsible of developing and deploying SaaS products from scratch to deployment (DevOps, Dev, Testing) following enterprise level standards.

I'm hoping to get back to my entrepreneurial mindset, so I'm looking for preferably US business partner since the products I'm working on right now will have a better ROI there.

I'm more mature now and I hope whoever reaching me out is a serious person with vision, if you have a programming background that would be great, if not everything else is teachable, we would conduct meetings mimicking the Agile framework (a methodology followed by companies to deliver products) but we would implement in on a much smaller scale.

I'm somewhat new here but I reside in California. I have no programming skills but seeking to be an business man. Currently as a business minded person I'm looking into an inexpensive real estate property that will be both an investment and generate income. I am teachable, I'm good at coming up with ideas and I have a lot of drive. Pm your discord or whichever app if you're interested.
