Looking for a stock market and cryptocurrency rewriter

Looking for a professional non-spinning rewriter who I will grant access to my WordPress website to write news articles about the Stock Market and Crypto Currencies.
I am searching for somebody who is cabable of taking initiative by searching for news articles a couple of times per day and rewrite it on our WordPress page and adds related (free) stock images.

Requirements are as follows:

-Fluent English
-Write/Rewriting skills
-Basic WordPress

Budget: $35 per week

I am looking for 3 news articles on Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Friday. 5 Articles on Wednesday and 2 per day in the weekends.

Budget seems too low.
