looking for a service provider - mass contacting to social accounts (and willing to pay)

hi all,

i have a list of ~400 connections that have g+ / FB / twitter account (or all 3 together). i have their account urls.
i need to contact them directly - send them a messege.

anyone here got an operation for that?

i'm willing to pay, this is for a big client i have.

the list is about 1000 contacts, some have account on all 3 services (g+ fb Tw).

I can do FB, not sure about G+ and Twitter.
