looking for a russian/ukraine coder

Hi, I'm looking for either a coder or developer who is pro at c# this is a project in the grey area if you know what I mean please let me know if you are interested for immediate interview if I cannot find what I am looking for online I may just go to the Ukraine and interview in person if you dont want to get hired online but will do this project if i am there in person i am more than willing to make the flight to the ukraine, so let me knw either way.
