Looking for a Programmer or App Developer *paid job*

Hello. I'm looking to have a program or app (android or ios) created to have a 4G GSM module to receive specific data within a reasonable amount of distance. The GSM module can then send what it read to my phone or computer, via bluetooth or connected with USB.
