I know it has a name but I can't remember it. Grayboz, lightbox or something. I want to pop that up with an opt-in form over WP.

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Do these adversly effect SEO or Google rankings?

I don't think those lightbox ones are for opt-in code. It looks like they are for images.

Does anyone know if these effect SEO?

thickbox is grey, lightbox is white, I prefer lightbox2 though, I think some support iFrames and HTML
