Looking for a partner/supplier from China---read inside

I am launching a website for cosmetics. I am looking for someone from China that either has direct contact with factory for branded replica cosmetics or can arrange the shipping with e-packet or Hong Kong post. I would consider also other shipping companies if they are cheap and provide relatively fast delivery within 2 weeks to USA with tracking number. This is a long term business relationship and the person who will work with us will definitely profit from it. At first stages we will dropship but after some time when sales grow we could change our strategy to be buying in bulk.
