    Hey there guys,

    I'm looking for a new partner for a new venture I'm about to take on. I'm looking for reputable members only with only positive feedback as this is going to be a long-term earnings venture. I also need to get along with this person since we'll be communicating a bit :p

    If you're interested please PM me where I will give you more in-depth details.

    As an outline, I currently sell and manage a specific script used with incentivized networks like CPGayLead and has made consistent sales for over a year now. I've profited well over $1,500 each month for the sale of this script.

    My programmer recently came to me with a new script (not going to divulge details) that will sell like hotcakes in these markets. Trust me I know the markets well, and this thing will work wonders.

    The price he wants for the script is $1,200, which is fair as he knows I will be reselling it. It will be sold at $50 a pop and I anticipate will sell at the very least 100, and my estimates put it closer to 200-300 at least.

    This means a $600 investment is required by my partner and also you will be receiving $25 for each sale. No other investments such as making sales, creating sales page, etc. etc. is needed by the partner. I will do all of that, just need your 50% investment.

    Trust me when I say this will make us a profit. If you need any proof of my success and/or reputation please find my other threads or simply ask questions in your PM to me.

    the big question is youve had another jv where youve done a cpa jv with others..taking a percentage. You should have the extra $600 , surely to be able to do this yourself. You needing someones $600 doesnt make sense.

    Do not know about the CPA JV but you mention that you make 1500 per month from the existing script you sell So you have the money.

    Secondly, you expect to make sales of atleast 50 x 100 = 5000.
    Profit = 5000 - 1200 ( cost ) = 3800

    split for partner = 3800/2 = 1900

    So basically what you are proposing is that you are willing to give atleast 1900 USD in exchange for USD 600.. ( which is based on the least amount of guaranteed sells as you say )

    Difficult to digest... when you have the money..:rolleyes:

    You two must be new to joint ventures. Sometimes you just want a partner to split the risks with. There's no guarantee with any venture in any case, and if I flew solo and jumped on every venture I've come across I'd probably be less off than I am now.

    My CPA JV's not only have partners that share accounts but I have partners that run the accounts, and the entire venture with me.

    I'm not a fan of flying solo.

    This being said a partner has been found so a mod can close or lock this thread.

    This would have been correct if you had not mentioned guaranteed results, so you should post your JV without mentioning guaranteed results.. That was the only point i was trying to make..
