Looking For a Partner/Forum Admin

Currently I am working on a forum of my own and need someone that can help with the following:

Logo Design
Forum Maintenance (using Simplemachines.org forum software and need to choose a theme and intergrate ad management software into it).
Forum Moderation

This a is partnership and the administrator will have access to the following:
Post your own relevant ads (Possibly use OpenX to manage the ads).

I will pay for the following:
Hosting on my VPS server
Advertising (adwords, adbrite, forums)

i am interested...if the seat is available...i would want to gain experience as admin...I don't need money and all just experience thats all..
