I am into process of developing SaaS kind of software that will be every affiliates wet dream, it would work on monthly subscription.

I already have buyers interested for that so the risk is minimal.

I'm going to add to this in the form of a warning.

The OP is new here, and that does not make him a bad person or a scammer, but I would suggest in that he has very little history here, that you do extra due diligence so we don't end up seeing a thread created here as the majority of the threads there are from a deal with a person that has no history.
