Looking for a Newsletter / Mass Email service for TV shows/movies service

I tried multiple services and they all block me even though I paid, because of the content.
I'm looking for black hat service, that actually works that I can upload my 60,000 emails txt file, and will actually deliver the emails without any problem.

Any recommendations?
