Looking for a Long-Term Business Partner for a XX,XXX/Mos. Potential Online Business

Basically as the title says. I am looking for a business partner. I am more expert in Online marketing, SEO/SEM, a visionary, bold, entrepreneur (If you guys may ). I am atm a learning project management but will take time. So i am looking for a business partner who breathes management. Those who eats business plans and angel investors pitch plans for breakfast.

I already had a talked with one of my friend who's a technical project manager but things are taking long with him (He also have a9-5 PM job), letting me do the leg work on the plans that are needed in order to pitch to investors isn't what I am looking for so i had decided to open the door for a worthy one who's out there looking for the same with regards and I specifically looking for someone who can make this probably more faster, who can turn my idea(s) into a pile of business plan documents. It's not that i will just let him do it all on his own, he would definitely need me for the ideas and in formations. I am not looking for you to invest money but time, grind, dedication and of course if you believe in the idea and willing to be on the same boat with me thru this journey to success!

The website is already up and running since Aug 25 2015. Already gathering almost 1000 legit emails and rising without pursuing email list building. Alexa ranking from 1,3M (From official launched, when a domain is born it's at 3M+ to start with) and had manage to bring it down to 440k. already had some ranking keywords on Google's first page result. All of these without even lifting a finger on SEO/SEM so we can say this is pure whitehat SEO (Not whitehat that putting up the site and leaving it) that Matt(Although he is out there turned himself into SEO) and Google wants. I was planning on reaching 100k before i start using SEO but being busy making a living (gotta put food on the table for the family) and plus the waiting time for me to study and apply in order to make those plans.

I can show GA stats, the website URL, the niche, the technique I had used only for the chosen partner as i won't disclose it at first.

What about that figure on the title? - Yup, you are probably in the thread because of it. It's pure impression (CPM), so if we get clicks then it'll be more. That figure comes from the competitor's estimation and yes i do get clicks, niche is very feasible, already had some ideas USP to stand out from the competitor(s).

To wrap it up, I'm looking for someone who is in for the long run and that adds value. Basically someone who will fill my weak side and vice versa. A like-minded that has a good attitude. Choosing a business partner is like choosing a wife else picking the wrong one is failure from the start and that would be my fault.

Are you just looking to grow your site? Flip it? Seek investment? Not clear at all what you need a partner for.

What I am looking for a partner in terms of skill/contribution is good at making business plan, pitch decks.

When I do find the right partner, the plan is to get funded by Angel Investors.
Invest to:
Incorporate the business
Staffs
Marketing

Of course this is purely to tell my end but in terms of partnering I am open collaborating (Not need to mention)

Primary source of profit (as of now) Adsense
Top competitor as an estimation (As of to date) of 2,365k Alexa ranking.
if (Pure estimation base on websites that calculate Adsense and Alexa):
x3 - Ad unit
x41M - Total page impression per month
x$1 - /CPM (1000)
= $123,000/mos.

This is on pure impression (CPM) alone.

The good thing is even the whole internet thing is at an early stage at this country. Why? One reason is because I can see clicks at an almost good rate. They still can't tell the difference between an Ad and website's own content.

The business mission is to get established as an authority or one stop shop (A household name if you may) when needing that particular service. I had said it already, it's very feasible in our country and still growing due to the rise in sales. To mention a few: gadgets, vehicles and "start your own mini-business i.e. food cart businesses".

I am not looking to flip the site. I'm looking at it going 10 years and more. Few years along the line when it's established is to have an exit, have an IPO.

I hope I had explained some and as clearly as i can, if not I apologize.
