Looking for a JV in a debt website

Hi all,

I have a what I think is an awesome .net debt management domain. I'm looking to build a website with articles SEO etc. I have done research on the domain which is getting around 550.000 searches per month and should be fairly easy to get ranked for. With a CPC of $18 per click.

Anyway I am looking for 1 person to help build and run the website legitimately everything will be split 50/50.
