IXWebHosting (for white hat), unlimited sites, space, bandwidth etc. Plus they give you several PPC coupons too.

I use techentrance (specially geared for proxy hosting).
    Unlimited domains/sub domains.
    Fast and reliable.

i use aqua* blue*hosting*.com, the price is $10 for the entire year. I buy domains from godaddy and use the coupon discounts. search "godaddy coupons" on google to find them.

A friend of mine was using hostmonster. Unlimited from everything (domains, traffic bandwidth, emails, space, etc.)

Think it is rather cheap for $5.95 US a month. He also reckons that it is pretty stable and has not experience a downtime so far.

Haven't had any problems with BlueHost with well over a year under my belt now...I know others have, but I haven't. That would be true of HostGator as well.

hostgator is good but only allows 50 000 inodes/files in total --> sucks big time cause you will reach that very fast.

Better use lunarpages! They have the same conditions but allow unlimited inodes.
