Looking For A Good Theme

I have a family member that reached out to me looking for me to help them set up a website for their business; They doing painting and power-washing. Can anyone recommend a good theme for this type of business? I have zero experience with local SEO but since it's family I figured I'd at least give it a shot. Most of the sites I've found for these types of services are pretty god awful, or they're setup for some large scale chain so aren't really suited to a single-man operation.
