I'm looking to sell my site either now or at the end of December. I'm looking for experienced brokers who have a history of selling high end sites.

The reason I need a broker is because I have a movie site basically and I can't sell on flippa. (I could simply remove anything that breaks TOS however, but it takes away from the beauty of my site.)

I've made a LOT of money with this site, and it has a lot of potential in that I can hit page 1 for movie keywords WITHOUT SEO.

Unfortunately, I HAVE to sell it because of an accident that has happened that I must pay for.

Movie niche? I'm a broker but movie sites are extremely hard to sell at the moment. I could probably get you 2-3x monthly revenue but it's really not a good market at the moment. You're better off keeping it and banking the earnings each month.

Drop me a PM with more details if you like.

I agree with meathead1234. In fact, movie sites have always been difficult to sell even when they were allowed (yes, they were, in the days before Flippa when the marketplace was Sitepoint).

The well known website brokers will likely not want to get involved unless the site is likely to sell for a six figure sum. They usually aren't as fussy as Flippa about sites that could potentially be copyright / trademark violation sites (I'm not saying yours is).
