looking for a good article spinning service

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a service that will spin my articles to a good standard. I.e. I give them an articles and they give it to me back with the spin stuff in it so I can use it to generate articles. I want them to be human readable, but not too expensive.

I remember reading about a site that does this, but can't find it now (and stupidly didn't bookmark it).

I know I could spin them using a program like PAR, but I don't have the time and would rather pay someone to do it.

I have had issue using jet spinner it never worked fine on my computer not sure why, but I suggest you go with article rewriters in google use 2 of them and you are done.
