Looking for a good ad network for asian traffic

I have an anime blog that gets about 7-10k traffic daily from the following countries....mostly Indonesia, Malaysia, India and a bit from USA, UK, CA, AU (in that order from Google Analytics). Please suggest a good ad nework for me to monetise my site...Im willing to join under the adviser as a referral...I can put up any sort of non-irritating ads but might go for an sort of ads if the pay is good...
