Looking for a decent programmer potential money maker.

Well I have some ideas flowing trough my head and automation is needed for them. I need a programmer who is willing to program that automation for me whilst I do all the other work. What you will need to do is program a program I need for the automation and just site back and let me do the rest. The split would be 40% for you and 60% for me.
