AdscendMedia is good, with their own content locker.
But always hide the referrer.

Have you thought about purchasing a self hosted content locker? It's probably the best solution for you as you have complete control over referrer blanking etc. and so you can use any CPA company.

i think CPAway is one of the best CPA network, because they are accept me arround 2 hours

Yeah CPAWay is pretty good, but their payouts are too low for me lol. It all depends on if you have your own locker or not though tbh.
