Looking for a CL poster

So, I have been looking for a CL poster because im wanting to start a new campaign.
Its all ewhore so if you want to post, please be ready to post in the personal/casual encounters section.

I want someone who can run a test post(s)
do a few post and ill watch it to see how it goes.
im asking that because the last poster i had, bounced everything. all incoming mail had been bounced. he posted 20 ads and i only got 86 replies. which i normally get with 1 post.
so im also geussing that he had a little over half of them ads ghosted. i prefer someone in the USA or someone with USA proxies. and if you have pva's then thats good too.
i dont NOT provide pva's

i will pay $0.50 for every ad posted(not ghosted)
$0.30 for over 150 ads per day.

im looking for someone who can post alot of ads
maybe around 100 to 500 daily.

delete , repost, non ghosted. you know the rutine

also, im looking for someone long term. and if it works out good. i will switch the payment up to 50% of what i make.
so it will be half and half.
