I have 2 eCommerce sites that do roughly $200k in gross sales / year.

Sites are 2 years established.

I am looking for a premium broker who potentially has buyers for this level of sites.

Have you contacted him? he sells sites with that level of revenue, so has experience and potential buyers for your sites

For the record - we did speak, and he is 100% Professional.

I just have to decide is 2x is worth it to sell, as I was hoping for 3x earnings.

Thus I am still kicking around the idea of selling or taking another 1 year to further grow the asset.

Put it on Flippa yourself. There are some large buyers there.

With the amount of money you're raking in, would another year really hurt? I'm sure you can outsource many things and bring more money in if that is what you truly want. I say take Meathead's advice if you want to sell, but I would still suck some of that money juice still for a couple of months
