Looking for a partner - automation engineer.
A small team of successful marketers are looking for the backbone in the engineering department. We built a successful business system in e-commerce that throughout 2021 did close to $200k in revenue (proof of this will be shown in the DM's) using cheap manual labor from the 3rd world countries without spending a single dime in CPC campaigns. Now it's time to expand and scale. We know exactly what works and we need to automate it. Launching our first campaign will bring in $60k/month profit which will be split equally between three team members - marketing guru, advertising expert, and you - the software engineer. You will not need to worry about products, clients as we know the market. That is where are exceptionally skilled. We do not know a thing about building automation, that is where you come in play - a person who will join our team as a third shareholder and will own 30% of the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automating social media profiles, ideally - Instagram
- Open and transparent communication
- Desire to "crack the system"
- Thinking outside of the box
- Servers/proxies/DevOps
Challenges:
- Make the biggest Social Media platforms work FOR YOU
- Process hundreds and thousands of accounts
- Process and run thousands of messages at the same time
Our abilities to distinguish a good engineer from a bad is very limited so we will ask you to do a small test task before we can talk more details and share our secrets. You will not be asked to share your code, you keep all your rights to it - proven results of outcome will be enough to qualify you for this role.
