Looking for a AC partner (US of A only)

I am looking for someone who would like to partner with me on AC. I will share 40% profits made from submitting articles. All he has to do is submit articles that I supply and pay me 60% of payment recieved from AC.

The person wanting to accept my offer has to open an account with AC and verify it. (or may already have a verified AC account)

P.S. Please reply only if you are genuine person from US of A. I can easily bypass the AC security system but I don't want to do it. I am doing this (genuine JV) for long term benefits only so other "bypassers" please excuse.

I have a few concerns. One is that I might have to pay taxes on the full 100%. Would you be able to supply me with some kind of receipts for the 60% so that I could deduct it as an expense?

What would be the source of your articles? I wouldn't want to be banned from AC for copyright issues.
