Lookind for a Usenet auto bot or poster

I am looking for a usenet bot that can post to thousands of newsgroups with a click of a button.

I have looked all over and have found 12 different ones, but all of them either don't work or the company is out of business.

Can anyone build one for a windows operating system or does anyone know where I can buy one?

what is ur budget for this? We have some coding capacity, if cant find other solution.

No more than 200.00 and I'm a bit weary of giving all that money up front so it would have to be half to start with and half after I've tried it and it works properly. Plus you would have to have quite a bit of good feedback or itrader.

It also helps that you are familiar with the newsgroup rules so that the auto poster works correctly. For example, I believe (I'm not positive) that you have to post with different IP's so that it doesn't block you...

I also need something that can upload a newsgroup list and be able to send out a newsletter to all the groups on the list AND be able to attach pictures.

Is there anyone else who might know how do go about sending to multiple groups at the same time? I'm on a time limit and really need to get help on this.
